When We Meet

The Indianola Music Boosters meet once a month starting at 6:30pm. We invite all parents, guardians, as well as any persons who have an interest in supporting the music programs to attend. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us!  

*Due to construction at the High School, meetings for the 2025-26 school year will be held in the Middle School Band Room.*

What We Do

If you're looking for a way to support your child — and the hundreds of other music students — we invite you to consider getting involved with the Music Boosters. 

You don’t have to be a music expert or attend every meeting to make a difference. Whether you can help with a single event or take on a leadership role, every bit helps. As they say, “many hands make light work.”

Opportunities for: 
  1. Encouraging and Maintaining an interest in all K-12 groups by: ​​​​​Attending performances and Volunteering at events.
  2. Offering financial support with fundraisers and the ​Patron Program. The money raised helps determine the budget for the next school year! 
  3. Recognizing Student Achievements through scholarships, awards, prizes, and more.
  4. Supporting Directors by purchasing instruments and costumes/uniforms, paying for Music arrangements, Accompanists, Clinicians, and Judges, and serving meals.​
Music Boosters have Fundraisers! 
  • Casey's Center concessions - unless specified, monies get put into the general funds.
  • ​Community Discount Cards - Marching Band specific
  • Thelma's chicken dinners - Show Choir specific
  • ​Yard signs, Music buttons, and Indianola Music Shirts​​
